Our first-stop model is simple, human and practical.
1. LISTEN
Hear the person without judgment.
2. IDENTIFY
Understand the immediate need or barrier.
3. ASSIST
Help with the first practical barrier when appropriate.
4. CONNECT
Reach the organization best equipped to help.
5. FOLLOW THROUGH
When appropriate and consented to, check whether the connection happened.
A bridge, not a replacement.
If another organization already provides a service well, our job is to help people reach it—not duplicate it.
